Vegetable Garden Family Program

Program Title: Grow it, Eat it!
Program Description:
Discover how delicious gardening can be! Tour our vegetable garden, learn fun facts about some of your favorite foods and experience the bounty of the season by harvesting fresh vegetables straight from the garden. Then, start your own herb plant to take home!
All participants will be required to wear masks throughout the duration of the program, except when the instructor indicates they may take the mask down for tasting purposes. Social distancing will be required for this program. Adults are asked to participate with the child, especially during the hands-on portion of the program since social distancing must be maintained between the educator and students.
Audience: Children Ages 4-7
Fee: $12 per child*
*Parents do not need to register for this program. One parent is included for each child. If registering siblings, a separate parent is not necessary for each individual child.
Maximum Capacity: 10 participants
