Vegetable Garden Youth Program

Program Title: Grow it, Eat it!
Program Description:
Discover how delicious gardening can be! Tour our vegetable garden, learn fun facts about some of your favorite foods and experience the bounty of the season by harvesting fresh vegetables straight from the garden. Then, start your own herb plant to take home!
All participants will be required to wear masks throughout the duration of the program, except when the instructor indicates they may take the mask down for tasting purposes. Social distancing will be required for this program. Parents are welcome to participate, but not required to remain with the child throughout the program, provided the child will be able to complete a craft or planing project independently and maintain appropriate social distancing during the program. We welcome any child in this age range who may need hands-on assistance provided they have an adult with them who can help facilitate the project and social distancing.
Audience: Children Ages 8-12
Fee: $12 per person
Maximum Capacity: 10 participants
