Forest Bathing

Program led by: Susan Smith - Certified ANFT Guide

Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, which translates to forest bathing, these walks have been scientifically proven to boost immune strength, reduce stress, and improve cognitive function.  Beyond the physiological changes, forest bathing offers us the opportunity to deepen our relationship with the natural world.

As a health counselor, Sue Smith realized the important role that nature connection plays in wellness.  Her guided walks as a Certified Guide with the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy (ANFT) are designed to help participants unplug, slow down, and experience nature in a whole new way.
