From Shakespeare to Emily Dickinson, Dorothy Parker to Bon Jovi, is there a plant that has been assigned more symbolic meaning than the rose? Complex as the emotions tied to this beautiful flower may be, growing your own need not be.

This workshop will tackle all the basics and then some, preparing attendees to start their own rose gardens.  Topics will include site selection and preparation, planting, types (bare root, container, climbing...), and maintenance.

Cancellation Policy: In the event, the Arboretum cancels a program or event, a full refund will be issued. If the program or event occurs as scheduled, individual refunds may be issued up to 5 days prior to the program or event start date.
