SMARTPHONE PHOTOGRAPHY CLASS
Sunday, May 22nd 2022 from 1pm-4pm
Let’s take our cell phones out for a fun excursion and then take some time transforming them with a user-friendly but powerful phone app into fine art images ready for a gallery show at the Stamford Art Association Townhouse Gallery in downtown Stamford.
We will meet at the Bartlett Arboretum at 1pm and shoot for 1.5 hours. Mike Belletzkie from the Arboretum will guide us to the best spots for photos while providing relevant educational and historical content. Mike will also be on hand to assist on composition, exposure and the best use of the built-in phone camera features.
After, we will meet in the Silver Educational Center for a 1.5 hour session on using apps to enhance your photos. We will learn how to use phone apps to correct/enhance/transform your images. And finally we will discuss how to get your photos printed and presented for a live! in person! show sponsored by the Stamford Art Association at their Townhouse Gallery.
Class size is limited.
The cost is $117 for arboretum members | $130 for non-members.
